Mazda BT-50 Wreckers Sydney: used parts matched to your car

The BT-50 has had three very different Australian phases: the UN generation from 2006, the UP and UR series from 2011 to 2020, and the TF from 2020 onward. The first two were tied closely to Ford Ranger architecture, while the TF moved to a different base again, so parts do not cross over casually. We work as Mazda BT-50 wreckers in Sydney, so a clear description of the part saves time on both sides.

Cab style matters just as much as the generation. Single cab, freestyle or space cab, and dual cab each change doors, glass, tub and interior trim. Add 4x2 or 4x4, manual or automatic, and the parts picture becomes far more specific.

How do I tell if my BT-50 is TF?

Australian TF models begin in 2020. Earlier vehicles are generally UN or UP/UR depending on year.

Do dual-cab and single-cab BT-50 body parts differ?

Yes. Doors, rear body panels, tubs and glass vary with the cab style.

BT-50 parts for work utes and tourers

BT-50 requests commonly include tailgates, tubs, headlights, mirrors, bumpers, bonnet assemblies, diffs, suspension parts, steering racks and diesel cooling components, along with the switches and trims that wear in work vehicles. Our Mazda BT-50 wreckers Sydney team can help with the items below.

UP/UR and TF models in particular can differ in headlight fittings, grille shapes, sensor cut-outs and rear bumper layouts. A 4x4 also adds front driveline hardware that a 4x2 simply does not use.

See Mazda wreckers Sydney for other models.

Will a UP BT-50 tailgate fit a TF?

No. They are different body generations with different dimensions and fittings.

Do you get BT-50 transfer cases?

Ask with the year, transmission and 4x4 details. Availability depends on what has been dismantled.

How to inspect a used BT-50 part

Our staff remove and inspect the parts, and customers cannot pick BT-50 items directly from the yard. Ask about the exact component being quoted so you know its condition and what comes with it.

These are used parts sold without warranty or guarantee. Returns are only for faulty or wrongly supplied BT-50 items. If the customer ordered the wrong specification, it cannot be returned, while any statutory consumer rights still apply.

What if my BT-50 diff is faulty?

Contact us with the order details so return arrangements can be made for the faulty or incorrectly supplied part.

Can I return a BT-50 tub if I ordered the wrong cab style?

No. Customer mistakes on cab or specification are not accepted as returns.

BT-50 pickup and freight

Collection from our Sydney site is by arrangement once the BT-50 part is confirmed. Small pieces such as switches, handles, mirrors and some lamps can often go by courier. Ask our Mazda BT-50 wreckers in Sydney which option suits your item.

Tubs, trays, tailgates, bullbar-sized items, engines, gearboxes and differentials need freight or truck transport. Shipping is charged separately, so send the postcode and whether the receiver has unloading equipment if you need a transport figure. Batteries and tyres cannot be sent by courier. Ask first if the order includes either of those items.

Can a BT-50 tailgate be freighted to a workshop?

Yes, subject to destination and access. A complete tailgate normally travels by freight rather than parcel service.

Is BT-50 delivery included in the part price?

No. Freight is quoted separately from the used part.
